J&A Marine Consultant Ltd. and INTERSCHALT maritime systems AG closed an exclusive sales and distributor agreement after 10 years of business relations.
The joint agreement was signed in Shanghai on July 30th and covers the exclusive sales of INTERSCHALT software products in China. Thus J&A is entitled to sell the software products directly to their customers or act as a sales agent on an exclusive basis. This agreement also includes commissioning as well as the service of all software products.
J&A is the most successful software sales partner worldwide and made a huge contribution to INTERSCHALT becoming the world market leader for loading and stability software MACS3 on container vessels.
