The modular structure of TITAN ensures that the customer only has to purchase what he actually needs. Each module can be bought separately.
TiTAN is integrated and linked with the AVECS ISM system.
Module 1
Maintenance Control and Planning
Maintenance job management including the allocation of personnel, tools and spares.
This module also includes fuel consumption control with graphic display, safety equipment administration, address data base ( suppliers, manufacturers, service agencies etc.), ship's certificates, internal inspections, data copying functions, maintenance description including import from any other word processor program, and report generation.
Ship-to-shore data exchange can be carried out via email, radio or by mailing CD's or diskettes.
Module 2
Inventory and Stock Administration
For every inventory item a detailed description, location in store, maximal and minimal stock numbers. Periodical or annual inventories may be created for each department. Detailed consumption figures are generated for each item, group, store or department. Order lists for use by company personnel, including priority information, are generated automatically.
Module 3
Requisitioning, Ordering and Delivery Control
This module provides manual or automatic ordering functions. Orders for the replacement of parts used for maintenance jobs are included in current order lists. Deliveries are administered and records of short or non-deliveries kept.
Maintenance tasks (service orders) delegated to external contractors.
Module 4
Graphic Module for Technical Equipment
Graphs, drawings or photographs of technical equipment can be stored in the system and linked to the components. Any standard graphical format may be used. Easily defined hotspots link any image or graph with any component, sub-component or part within the tree.
