Since January 2007 INTERSCHALT maritime systems AG is in the ownership of a group of private individuals with a maritime background as well as the management team. Together, the shareholders stand in for the long-term successful development of INTERSCHALT maritime systems AG and clear commitment to the goals set.
With effect as of September 2007, INTERSCHALT maritime systems AG has been founded from the merger of its former subsidiaries AVECS Corporation AG, Interschalt GmbH, Stein Sohn GmbH and Seacos GmbH. The merger incorporates companies with more than 130 years of experience and excellent reputation in the maritime ship supply industry.
Today, INTERSCHALT maritime systems AG is focused on four business units:
