The customer will be invoiced according to the documentation of hours worked as signed by the customer.
VAT is not included in the price. VAT will be charged at the legal rate on the date the work is carried out and will be billed separately in the invoice.

* Daily expenses will be charged for each commenced day of absence from headquarters, including Sundays and Bank Holidays. The amount charged as expenses will be invoiced according to the appropriate regulation as in BRKG.

** All travelling expenses, for example for travel by train, aeroplane, hotel, taxi, hired car, acquisition of permits etc., costs of transport and transport insurance for personal luggage as well as tools, will be invoiced according to actual receipts plus 10 % administration charge. Normally flights will be booked Economy class,
trains second class and for travel by car, a kilometer charge according to the valid price list will be calculated.
